Thank you to all the patients who responded to our online survey! Your feedback is vital in helping our office maintain the quality service you expect and deserve. In order to address some of your concerns, we will provide you with the results of our survey and the actions we intend to take to improve your chiropractic visit:

    1. 77.6% waited 10 minutes or less
    2. 15.5% waited 15 minutes
    3. 6.9% waited 20 minutes or more
  1. Thoroughness of treatment received
    1. 82.8% felt their treatment was excellent
    2. 17.2% felt their treatment was very good
    3. 0% felt their treatment was fair or poor 
  1. How was the explanation of procedures performed during visit?
    1. 58.9% were very satisfied with the explanation
    2. 30.4% were satisfied
    3. 10.7% were somewhat satisfied
  1. How would you rate the attention given to what you had to say during your visit?
    1. 82.5% felt they received excellent attention
    2. 14% felt they received very good attention
    3. 3.5% felt they received good attention 
  1. The manner in which the costs were explained to you
    1. 37.5% were very satisfied
    2. 26.8% were satisfied
    3. 17.9% were somewhat satisfied
    4. 17.9% did not receive an explanation

    1. 54.7% were offered nutritional supplements
    2. 22.6% were offered variable percussor appointments
    3. 24.5% were offered laser meridian therapy appointments
    4. 3.8% were offered energy baths and SPS Foot Scans
    5. 5.7% were offered massage therapy appointments with Val Rice
    6. 35.8% were offered none of the above

In regards to how we can improve your chiropractic experience with KCA, Time, Money, Insurance, and Patient Education are your greatest concerns.  We would like to share how we intend to address each of these and also welcome any suggestions you may have.
 
Time: 
We have increased appointment time slots by 20%. When scheduling future appointments, please make sure to mention if you will need more time for a brief consultation with the doctor before your adjustment; this will help us better ensure timeliness. If the doctor is running behind due to extra attention given to a patient, the assistants will be sure to make mention of the approximate wait time to allow you to reschedule if necessary.
 
Money:
Especially with the recent changes in the economy, we understand how important your dollar is to you. Briefly outlined below is a list of our fees; please refer to our “Typical Office Visit” fee schedule in the lobby and in each patient room for more information.
 
At any time you have any questions or concerns about the fees, please mention them to the doctor or one of the assistants during your visit so we can address them immediately.
 
If you are having financial difficulties, please call our office to schedule some time that we may devise a plan to provide you the most care for your budget.

Insurance:
Many of our patients have stopped regular chiropractic care due to insurance coverage with Preferred Care (and other insurance companies). In January, we contacted Preferred Care to be added as a provider; they are not accepting new chiropractors on their panel at this time. To encourage your continued chiropractic care, we are providing a discounted fee of $30 to those patients who have insurances our office does not participate in, such as Preferred Care, Aetna, and United Health Care.
 
Patient Education:
We are excited that many you would like to know more about your total wellness care! If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask the doctor or assistants during your visit. For those requesting more extensive information, we are looking into ways to provide more thorough patient education. Stay tuned this summer for more details!
 Excellent wellness care begins and ends with the patient. If at any time you have any concerns, please notify the doctor or staff as soon as possible so we can address them immediately. Thank you again for the quick and vast response to our survey. We look forward to serving you better!!
