Keep Your Calcium Handy

As one of the most important and readily available macrominerals, calcium is a home-run when it comes to enjoying beautiful skin. But there’s a catch: calcium needs to ride along with essential fatty acids (EFAs) in your diet so that it can reach your skin. Together, this powerful duo helps to maintain overall resilience, texture, and tone on the skin.

Up Your Good Fats

EFAs do more than just help calcium absorption. They’re great for softening wrinkles and moisturizing the skin from within. Because your body isn’t able to synthesize certain EFAs on its own, you need to get them from external sources. I have had Parkinson's Disease for 8 years.  I have developed arthritis in my back and hips. The stiffness of the Parkinson's and the arthritis has caused me a lot of pain. Because of that unrelenting pain I was unable to exercise. Our family have been patients of Krapf chiropractic for a few decades. We have several success stories archived. The most recent event involves our youngest son who is completing his senior year of high school. He has been a patient of Krapf Chiropractic (KCA) since birth. He has been an avid soccer player since the age of four and has sustained numerous injuries over the years. Dr. Krapf has successfully assisted in every recovery.
